Nepal life Insurance company distributes dividend

After the 71st meeting of Board of directors on Monday Nepal Life Insurance Company announced that the board had decided to distribute 20 percent bonus shares as dividend to its shareholders for 2005/06.  According to a press release, this decision will be forwarded to the annual general meeting of the company soon for approval. Furthermore, the board meeting has decided to restructure the capital structure of Nepal Life Insurance Company, raising authorized capital to Rs 1 billion and issued capital to Rs 500 million
