On Februari 5, Narayani Industrial Development Bank Ltd and Nepal stock exchange Ltd  signed an agreement for Narayani Industrial Development Bank’s listing of 200000 unit ordinary shares worth Rs 20 million.
GM of NSEL, Rewat Bahadur Karki, and deputy general manager of NIDBL, Birendra Shrestha, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. With this listing of Narayani Industrial Development Bank, the total number of listed companies at the Nepal Stock Exchange will be 142 amongst which there are 13 development banks.
