Securities Board of Nepal (SEBO) has granted permission to Imperial Financial Institution Ltd (IFIL), Putalisadak for an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 19.5 million. Imperial Financial will issue 195,000 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 each for the public. Nepal merchant bank & finance ltd  is the issue and sales manager for this IPO
