Central Finance Ltd has decided to issue bonus share and cash dividend to its shareholders. The 11th AGM of Central Finance held on February 23 took the decision to issue 3:1 bonus share and distribute 1.76 cash dividend from the profit earned during the fiscal year 2005-06. The meeting also approved rights shares of 2:1 ratio to raise additional Rs 24 million. CFL posted a growth in deposits, loans, operating profit and net profit during the review period
