Sunrise Bank
Ltd, the 22nd commercial

Sunrise Bal Bachat Kosh (SrBBK),
today targetting children
under 16 years of age. "The
scheme will encourage saving
habit in children," Kishore
Maharjan, chief executive
officer (CEO) of the bank,
said adding Sunrise Bal
Bachat Kosh (SrBBK) offers
more interest than any other
saving schemes. "A deposit
upto Rs 25,000 will attract
4.5 per cent interest rate,
while a deposit from Rs
25,001 to Rs 1,00,000 will
attract 4.75 per cent
interest rate. Similarly, a
deposit above Rs 1,00,000
will attract five per cent
interest rate," he said. The
special feature of the
scheme is that there is no
fixed minimum amount for
opening this account. The
scheme holder will get
accident insurance upto Rs
5,00,000 or four times of
the deposit balance
whichever is lower.
Similarly, the children will
get special birthday gifts.
"The bank has already
collected a deposit of Rs
