Rastriya Banijya Bank,
the only state-owned
commercial bank, has
launched SMS banking
services on banking
transactions through its 28
branch offices located at Kathmandu, Pokhara and
Bharatpur.
Under this service, its
accountholders can get
information regarding the
current balance and the last
three transactions of
his/her account using SMS
service availed through
mobile phones, states a
press release issued by the
bank today.
The branch offices to
provide the service, are in
Kathmandu, Dhulikhel, Banepa,
Kirtipur,
Lalitpur, Pulchowk,
Singhadurbar, Naxal, Thamel, Mahar-ajgunj,
Balaju, amongst others
