Nepal Merchant Banking (NMB) and Finance Ltd, a C class financial institute serving the people since 11 years, is upgrading to a commercial bank. “It is the first financial institution that is upgrading to A class from C class,” claims the company. Nepal Rastra bank has permitted to increase its paid up capital to Rs 1 billion by the end of 2064.
